"Usable, but feels a little clunky"
The site works fine overall, but it definitely took me longer than it probably should have to find what I was looking for. The menus are simple enough, but a few pages were slow to load, and the filters felt kind of awkward, like they weren’t really tested by someone shopping on the site.

Checkout was easy to follow, so I’ll give it credit there. I didn’t get lost or have any major issues, but the whole thing could use a bit more polish, especially on mobile where the spacing feels a little off.

"Customer service really wasn’t helpful"
I had a problem with my order, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be simple to sort out. But the replies took forever, and when they finally got back to me, it felt like they didn’t even read what I wrote?? Just a bunch of generic copy-paste answers.
I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, and somehow still didn’t get any real help. Like, what was the point of contacting support then??? it was really frustrating and not the kind of experience I expected. I don’t think I’d order again after this.

"Return was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
I had to return a pair because the size wasn’t right. The steps on Try Stiles were clear, and I was able to get the return label without much trouble. The only thing is, once I sent it back, I kind of felt ignored because there wasn’t much communication while I waited. The refund did come through after a few days, so it worked out, just not as quickly or smoothly as I would’ve liked. Overall decent, but it could be better with faster updates

I spent some time looking around trystiles.com and the prices just seemed too high for what they were offering. I kept finding similar things on other sites for less so it was hard to feel like it was worth buying from there. Maybe other people would be fine with it but for me it just did not feel like a good deal.

I don’t know why, but getting any clear update from Try Stiles felt way harder than it should have. I messaged them about my order a few times and either didn’t hear back at all or got a super short reply that didn’t really answer anything. I felt like I was the one constantly chasing them just to get basic info. The products might be fine, but the communication and customer service were frustrating for me.

I ordered from Try Stiles because I wanted something easy and comfy to wear around the house, it pretty much did what I needed it to do.
The fabric feels really soft, not scratchy at all, which is a big thing for me. The fit is relaxed too, but not in that oversized, messy-looking way, so I liked that.
The only downside was the delivery. It took a little longer than I expected, so I’m giving it 4 stars. But overall, I’m happy with it and yeah, I’d probably order again.

"Arrived crushed because of the packaging"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was really flimsy and already kind of open on one side, which was not a great first impression. There wasn’t any padding inside either, so of course the item ended up scratched. I mean, it’s not the end of the world, but also… I paid full price, so I expected it to arrive in decent shape. Super annoying
